1. General Terms and Introduction

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may not claim each offer more than once.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• Only the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• 3999vi reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• We reserve the right to reclaim any incorrect bonus issued as a result of a system error or technical problem.

5.3 VIP Program

• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. 3999vi reserves the right to change VIP benefits and criteria.

6. Gaming Services and Rules of Play

6.1 Game Fairness
